Kaz Johnson
Kaz Johnson has been involved with fitness and family since relocating from England in the late 80s. Her passions include group fitness classes, 13-year yoga & plates, race running, and bodybuilding. Kaz's loves to help assist clients to feel successful in their movement and to experience positive and balanced energy to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Students can expect classes that are a blend of yoga, pilates, Barre & Functional Fitness strength movement with special attention to alignment. Her certifications and experience include, Ace Certified Group Fitness instructor Certified Freedom Barre Instructor, master trainer NCCPT, yoga instructor, and Fitness Court Ambassador for the City of La Quinta. She is also 1st Degree Reiki as wells as CPR certified.
